

In my case, I only noticed a slight latency (normal latency because the guitar signal goes to an A-D conversion, then goes to Guitar Rig - Effects Processing - back to the pedalboard and D-A conversion and analog output to Realtone Cable which does a new A-D conversion. They had problems detecting notes, unwanted noises and other problems.

Other colleagues didn't get good results with other equipment (Focusrite Scarlett audio interface - Realtone Cable - Rocksmith). I enabled the hardware buffer (that of the Rig Kontrol 3 footswitch) and varied the latency compensation in the ASIO control panel. Although I know this is not your specific case, I also had problems with the audio I solved by setting the parameters of the audio server (in my case ASIO Rig Kontrol 3).
